KOBO advanced materials Co., Ltd. is a high-tech company specialized in R&D and production of pure metal and alloy sputtering targets, also some high purity materials. We entered the thin film materials industry in 2007, started with producing some pure metal sputtering targets, then we expanded the scope of materials as per customer's detail requirements in following years. And we built a team focusing on thin materials field.
